Structure Of Steel In Our Products
- SHEET STEEL: 6112 DIN EN 10130–99 DC01
- GALVANIZED STEEL: 1311 DIN EN 10142–00 DX51 D+Z
- STAINLESS STEEL : 304 veya 316 ( 1,4301 ) grade
- In our Plant SHEET STEEL & GALZVANIZED STEEL which is used has been supplied from ERDEMIR.
Painting implementation In Products
-
All SHEET STEEL & GALVANIZED STEEL parts Which will be painted are going to be cleaned in first phase.
During cleaning with Pressured spray the oil of the parts will be removed , Iron phosplate coated , dryed and then after with D1 – WATER the passivation process will be finished with the degree of
55°C which is been made in pressured spray process. All the oil which is hard to remove, will be removed and phosphate coated . In this process the classical way is dipping the part into the pool and then after clening&phosphate coating comes . In this classical way with chemical reaction removing oil is expected, but at the corners the oil can not be removed % 100 while this is extremenly hard. Because of oil is not removed %100, phoshating and other processes will not be implemented robust , the paint will not hold on the surface and after a time corrosion will start from this area and evolve to all other areas. In our system while TEKPAN uses pressured spray cleaning , we have the ability to remove the oil more efficiently with chemical & physical reactions and with DI – WATER the passivation process will be done more effective. Thank to this application after painting in SHEET STEEL parts TEKPAN has 480 hours salty fog test report against corrosion. (See Salty Fog Test Report)
The phase that comes after cleaning&photoshating is drying which is removing the humidity from the surface. When the humidity from the surface is removed painting process will start. In painting process TEKPAN uses electrostatic painting method with the help of Robots in order to have %100 perfect result in painting . In the end of painting the parts which have been painted goes in the line to oven in 200°C for 15 min. After this process the parts will be delivered to cooling area and are ready to be assembled.
With this paint line all the parts goes through all process automaticly without any human touches and without any mistake which can effect on painting quality.
Coating Process In Our Products
The parts which have holes or applications on surface which should be not painted are produced with SHEET STEEL & Coated with zinc ( Cr+3). When these type of parts are produced with GALVANIZED STEEL and not coated GALVANIZED STEEL can cause corrosion in a while located on cutting & drilling areas. Because of this in our products this type of parts such as Mounting rails etc. are coated with zinc.
In our product range to be oble to have tightness we are using Polyurethane Sealimg Foam Gasket in Gasketing Process Implementations.This gasket is implemented on the surface as liquid form between – 40,+100°C temperature conditions. After the material has implemented,the material will be concode to be able to dry itself with getting air inside. The dryed gasket in the end of this implementation will serve a clean structure and will have %100 conservation on the product. On the other hand the gasket which is spilled hot and dryed on the surface will be sticked well. When you combine the endurance of polyurethane with this application the gasket will not lose its structure from temperature differences and will assimilate for long years its function. Especially in territorial climate where the temperature differences from day and night is extremely much this application gives perfect result and will make sure about protection against dust & water.
In Packaging Phase to protect the products from transportation & stocking we are using two layered cartoons for our small type of enclosures . In big type of cabinets we are using firstly cartoon rolls secondly baloon nylon to protect the cabinet from humidity & hits. Due to this we are using wooden pallet for our big type of cabinets.
